Project Description

Bladykas Engineering provided evaluation, design and construction support services for the Milliken Technical Center as part of their renovation of a large instructional kitchen facility. The infrastructure design included plumbing, HVAC and electrical systems. The project also included several large grease hoods with associated makeup air systems. In partnership with the Eastern Suffolk Board of Cooperative Educational Services (BOCES), the Milliken Technical Center provides a broad-based vocational curriculum, including a degree-granting program in Culinary Arts and Restaurant Operations Management.
