Jeffrey A. Rabiner, P.E.
President
Mr. Rabiner has more than thirty years experience in code analysis, evaluation, design and construction administration of power, lighting, control systems, fire detection and communication systems. Power systems experience includes both utility power and emergency generation systems. His experience includes commercial, institutional, residential and industrial buildings; including schools, hospitals, courts, correctional facilities, office buildings, hotels, dormitories, pharmaceutical plants, and airports.
John J. Higgins, P.E.
Vice President
Mr. Higgins serves as the Principal Mechanical Engineer for Bladykas Engineering and is personally involved in all HVAC, plumbing and fire protection projects. As such, he has extensive experience encompassing virtually all aspects of engineering services from initial planning and project design to shop drawing review and construction phase observation.
Jason Dorfman, P.E.
Vice President
Mr. Dorfman is involved in many electrical engineering projects at Bladykas Engineering. His experience includes the design of new building systems as well as the renovation of existing building systems including electrical distribution, lighting, fire alarm, & various other low-voltage electrical systems. His design experience includes a specialization in all facets of healthcare facilities. Despite this specialization, Mr. Dorfman’s design experience is varied and also includes the Office Buildings, conference centers, schools, fire houses, retail, manufacturing, restaurants, high-rise buildings, generator selection & distribution design, essential electrical systems, and UPS systems.
