Project Description

To provide the infrastructure for new cardiac catheterization equipment in this 850 square foot procedure room, Bladykas Engineering designed renovations to the building’s HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, electrical and fire alarm systems. The project was constructed in an inpatient hospital and was phased to minimize disruption to the surrounding occupants. Prepared in accordance with applicable city and state codes that regulate hospitals and health care facilities, the project included full interior alterations. The catheterization lab performs a broad range of procedures, from coronary angiography to balloon septostomy.
