Project Description

Bladykas Engineering provided HVAC, electrical and plumbing design services as part of Sayville High School’s renovation of its cafeteria and kitchen facility. The design included revising the existing cooling and ventilation systems for basement refrigeration equipment, a break room and office. The scope of work included design modifications to existing plumbing (hot water, cold water, gas, vent and sanitary) for a new kitchen and serving area with multiple food service stations. In addition, Bladykas Engineering designed new lighting fixtures and electrical power for the kitchen and serving line equipment.
