Bladykas Engineering proudly partnered with Catholic Health to deliver state-of-the-art MEP design for the new Ambulatory & Urgent Care facility at 610 Broadhollow Road in Melville, New York. This 13,000 sqft. tenant space serves communities along the Nassau/Suffolk border, providing comprehensive outpatient services including urgent care, primary care, and specialized treatments in cardiology from the renowned St. Francis Heart Center, orthopedics, sports medicine, pulmonology, and more. Our team designed critical infrastructure upgrades for the entire complex, encompassing new electric service, water service, fire sprinkler, and fire alarm systems to ensure seamless operations and compliance with stringent healthcare standards. Additionally, we engineered a complete tenant fit out for the space with all new infrastructure including a VAV systems totaling 60 tons alongside comprehensive electrical systems tailored for integrated practices. These innovations position the facility as a model of modern healthcare delivery.

Our experts navigated extensive lease coordination with the landlord to facilitate building service upgrades to meet the needs of the facility. By implementing phased infrastructure enhancements, we minimized disruptions to the surrounding community and ensured timely project completion.
