2 Spring Street Restaurant, situated in the charming town of Oyster Bay, New York, offers a sophisticated dining experience with its contemporary American cuisine and European-style multi-course meals perfect for intimate gatherings. To guarantee a seamless and efficient operation, the commercial kitchen was meticulously designed in collaboration with the architect and food service equipment and supply vendor.

Bladykas Engineering took on the challenge of designing the restaurant’s mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire alarm systems, all while navigating the constraints posed by the low floor-to-ceiling heights and tight clearances. The result is a flawlessly coordinated space that perfectly complements the restaurant’s refined ambiance.
