Project Description

The Northwell 95-25 Queens Blvd project involved tenant fit-out and infrastructure for over 50,000 sqft of ambulatory medical space spanning multiple floors. The project area consisted of varied practice areas such as Medical Oncology, Surgical Specialty, Infusion, and Orthopedics. The project benefited from our extensive experience advocating for our clients to provide seamless coordination with building ownership to ensure all necessary utilities are available to serve the project needs. Standout project features include a USP 797/800 pharmacy, natural gas-fired emergency generator, a UPS system for Lab Analyzers and medical refrigerators, and meticulous coordination with ConEdison to ensure the necessary utility infrastructure was in place.
