Renovation of existing administrative area of the hospital at north entrance to new gift shop. Included relocation of existing HVAC infrastructure serving other areas to provide adequate ceiling heights and intensive coordination of ceiling heights and finishes with limited above ceiling space and minimize impact to other areas of the hospital.
