Project Description

Bladykas Engineering played a crucial role in the development of a new housing community catering to senior citizens and people with disabilities, consisting of four two-story residential buildings with a total of 32 units.

Our team provided comprehensive design services covering mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems. This encompassed the installation of new electric, gas, telephone, water, and cable TV services. Additionally, new boilers and heating systems were implemented to ensure a comfortable living environment. Plumbing systems, interior and exterior lighting, and power distribution were meticulously designed to meet the needs of the residents. Furthermore, a nurse’s call system, fire alarm, and fire protection systems were integrated to enhance the safety and security of the community.
