Project Description
In this project, Bladykas Engineering played a crucial role in the transformation and expansion of a 32,000-square-foot automotive dealership and repair garage. Our team took the lead in designing new electric service, HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, interior electrical lighting and power, as well as an expansive 25,000 square feet of site lighting. We incorporated key features such as a reduced pressure zone (RPZ) backflow preventer for the new domestic water service and a DDCV for the new fire protection water service.
In alignment with Lexus specifications, we meticulously renovated the existing repair garage and introduced air conditioning. A well-orchestrated construction plan, executed in phases, ensured the dealership remained fully operational throughout the renovation, minimizing any potential disruption to its business operations.
