Bladykas Engineering is proud to have had the opportunity to transform a two-story, 25,000-square-foot retail building into a space that truly reflects the luxury and sophistication of Marsh’s high-end apparel. Our comprehensive services encompassed HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, lighting, power distribution, and fire alarm systems.

One of the hallmark features of this renovation was the full replacement of the existing HVAC systems, expertly designed by Bladykas Engineering to enhance ventilation and provide a comfortable shopping environment. We also relocated the existing plumbing facilities and tailor shop to optimize the store’s layout. In addition, our team upgraded the electrical service and installed a new elevator to ensure the store’s functionality met the needs of its clientele.

Our strategic approach to this project included implementing a five-phase, accelerated schedule that allowed Marsh’s to continue its operations seamlessly during construction. From men’s custom suits and women’s attire to designer shoes, Marsh’s offers a wide range of high-end apparel that deserves a space that is equally sophisticated.
