Project Description

Bladykas Engineering executed the Montefiore EP Lab Renovation project, showcasing our precision in healthcare facility upgrades. With a project area spanning 1,900 sqft, we spearheaded the installation of new Philips Biplane X-Ray equipment, along with the creation of a Tilt Room, Patient Holding, and support spaces. Our scope also encompassed the meticulous design of duct distribution from the base building HVAC systems, as well as the implementation of split supplement computer room air conditioning (CRAC) units to accommodate the new equipment. Notably, our team seamlessly integrated medical gas zone valves, alarms, and distribution for Oxygen, Medical Air, Vacuum, and Nitrogen. This project reflects our proficiency in delivering tailored MEP solutions for critical healthcare environments.
