Project Description

The work at this $90 million bond issue included various renovations and additions at the five (5) high school buildings that comprise the Sewanhaka School District. The work at Sewanhaka High School included a new addition with a Kitchen, Cafeteria, and Gymnasium, a new electric service, and replacement of various HVAC equipment with new in the existing building. All new HVAC was designed as part of the building addition. At Elmont High School, we designed a new addition with multiple Gymnasiums, including new HVAC, and upgraded the electric service. At Floral Park High School, the Auditorium was demolished and replaced with a new Auditorium, including new mechanical and electrical systems within the Auditorium.
