Project Description

Located within an existing medical office building, this project was comprised of an ambulatory care facility suite with an operating room. Bladykas Engineering evaluated the HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, electrical, lighting, and fire alarm systems for compliance with American Association for Accreditation of Ambulatory Surgery Facilities (AAAASF) standards and made recommendations for the facility to achieve said certification. Our design addressed the need for HEPA filtration, laminar airflow, humidity level control, an emergency power source, and emergency lighting.
